On February 15, 2016 PIPE UP Director and long time community activist Lynn Perrin led a delegation to Abbotsford City Council explaining why they shouldn’t accept money from Trans Mountain in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding.
While the council still voted to accept the MOU, PIPE-UP is prepared to show them that they have made a mistake.
